We started Ombrello in pursuit of balance. We’d worked hard and become the best at what we do. But all that got us was longer hours and less satisfaction. We loved what we did - but not the way we had to do it.
Under the Ombrello, everyone works the way that suits them. So long as you meet your obligations to your clients and to one another, the rest is up to you. Go kayaking in the morning, code in the evening. Or the other way round. You’re the boss.
